Refund and Returns Policy
At Above Health Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and fair return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure you are confident when shopping with us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Used or damaged gadgets caused by user error
- Software or downloadable digital products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery
- Delivered incorrectly (wrong item, size, color, or model)
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of return.
- Items must be returned to the designated Diamond Gadgets return address, which will be provided during your return request.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start a return process:
- Email us at support@abovehealthhub.com with your:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged/defective)
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- If the item has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive and return it following the normal procedure.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank account or payment app again.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
